TASTING NOTES
How it presents
👁️
Sight
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Slow, viscous legs — evidence of concentration and structure. The colour of Tuscan twilight.
👃
Nose
Dark cherry, dried violet, leather. With air: tobacco leaf, terracotta, dried herbs. A fragrance that builds and builds — more complex at 30 minutes than at 3.
👅
Palate
Full and structured. Precise, fine tannins. Vibrant acidity that carries the wine through a long, mineral finish. The complexity of 133 clones in a single sip.
