Yes. Your 200 m² are registered in the Italian land registry (catasto) through a Fractional Ownership Title. You own a legally defined parcel in Val d'Orcia — not a financial product, not a fund share.
After each harvest, your allocation (144 bottles) is bottled, labelled with the Oria label, and shipped to your address. We ship worldwide. Customs and duty responsibilities vary by country — our team guides you.
Co-ownership interests may be transferred with Oria's approval and a standard transfer process. We maintain a waiting list of prospective buyers. Contact us for details.
No problem — attendance is an invitation, not a requirement. Your bottles are produced and shipped regardless. Many members attend every few years and enjoy following the harvest remotely via our updates.
